Here's how I can help you resolve your conflicts and some of the ways I work a little differently than other mediators:

I'll explore the background issues of the conflict, not just focus on the surface problems.

I'll bring in a variety of techniques from multiple sources and backgrounds (including Quaker discernment, secular mediation, Christian conciliation, and counseling fraud victims) to help you view your situation from a new perspective.

I'll help you work out a principled response to conflict, not just the most expedient or fastest resolution.

Unlike some mediators who remain "neutral" to the point of failing to offer any guidance, I'll offer feedback, suggestions. and clarification, and I'll need your involvement and cooperation.
